Kohgiluyeh County (Persian: شهرستان کهگیلویه) is a county in Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Dehdasht. At the 2006 census, the county's population (including the portions that were split off to form Charam County) was 189,939, in 36,038 families, excluding those portions, the population was 153,701 in 29,025 families. The county is subdivided into five districts: the Central District, Charusa District, Landeh District, and Dishmok District. The county has five cities: Dehdasht, Suq, Landeh, Qaleh Raisi, and Dishmok.
