Lau Kong Wah

Lau Kong-wah, also known as Ray Lau, JP (traditional Chinese: 劉江華; simplified Chinese: 刘江华; pinyin: Liú Jiānghuá; born 22 June 1957, Hong Kong) is a member of the Legislative Council of Hong Kong representing the New Territories East constituency. On 14 October 2008, Sir Donald Tsang, the Chief Executive of Hong Kong, appointed Lau as a member of the Executive Council of Hong Kong, filling the vacancy left by the resignation of Jasper Tsang on becoming President of the Legislative Council. Lau is a member of the pro-People's Republic of China Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong and founder of Civil Force.
