Lloyd Zimmerman

Lloyd Zimmerman is a judge in Hennepin County, Minnesota. Judge Zimmerman was appointed by Governor Jesse Ventura in 2001. He graduated valedictorian of his class from University of Illinois in 1975 after only three years. He then went on to receive his Juris Doctor at New York University Law School, having received the full tuition Root-Tilden Scholarship, awarded to law students with a demonstrated desire to serve the public interest. During law school he assisted the U.S. Attorney's office in a special prosecution of a congressman who was taking bribes.
