Luther Lee Boggs

At the age of 6, Boggs killed every pet animal in his housing project. Later in life, Boggs killed his entire family at the dinner table then sat down to catch a game on TV. After his near miss with capital punishment in November of 1992 ( Boggs had made it to the chair when he received a stay of execution), Boggs claimed to have developed the ability to communicate with spirits and demons. About a year later, Boggs assisted in the return of two kidnapping victims using these purported powers. Agt.
