Mesolouri (Greek: Μεσολούρι) is a mountain village and a former community in Grevena regional unit, West Macedonia, Greece. Since the 2011 local government reform it is part of the municipality Grevena, of which it is a municipal unit. The population of the community entails 139 inhabitants from a 2001 census. Mesolouri is located in Macedonia and built in the eastern side of the northern Pindos mountains at an altitude of 1080 meters. It administratively belongs to Grevena prefecture and the region of Western Macedonia. Ecclesiastically, Mesolouri belongs to the Holy Metropolis of Grevena.
