Michael Armistead

Mr. Armistead has over two decades of leadership experience in the application development and Internet industries, having held executive and product marketing positions at companies such as Hewlett-Packard, Pure Atria (IBM Rational), and Lycos. While VP and General Manager at Lycos, he led development and operational teams in the Financial, Directory and Web-based Email services. Earlier in his career, Mr. Armistead held various product marketing roles at Hewlett-Packard and was Pure Software’s first product manager, eventually heading the Defect Tracking Business Unit.
