Middlesex County

Middlesex County, in the U.S. state of Massachusetts, is the twenty-third most populous county in the United States and the most populous county in New England. As of 2010, the population was 1,503,085. The center of population of Massachusetts is in Natick, Middlesex County. For administrative purposes the county held two regions, Middlesex-North with county seat in Lowell, and Middlesex-South with county seat in Cambridge.
