Mohamed Sylla

Mohamed Sylla (born April 4, 1990 in Conakry) is a Canadian football player who currently plays for Pierrefonds Cobras. Sylla played amateur soccer with Quebec select teams and the Lac St-Louis Lakers. Sylla won the bronze medal with the Lakers du St-Louis at the 2003 National Championships U-14 Boys Club Championship in Halifax. The following season Sylla would win the gold medal with St-Louis at the Adidas Cup. In the 2005 National Championships St-Louis would win a bronze medal in the Adidas Cup. He was named as Excellence Youth Player of the Year in 2007. Sylla was signed by the newly expansion franchise Trois-Rivières Attak for the 2008 CSL season.
