Myron Sharaf

Myron Ruscoll Sharaf (1927 – May 13, 1997) was an American writer and psychotherapist. He taught in the Department of Psychology at Harvard Medical School, and was the director of the Center for Sociopsychological Research and Education, Boston State Hospital and assistant clinical professor of psychology, Department of Psychiatry, Tufts University School of Medicine. He is the author of Fury On Earth: A Biography of Wilhelm Reich (1983). He obtained his Ph.D. from Harvard in 1960. A review of his biography of Wilhelm Reich that appeared in The New York Times in 1983, describes Sharaf as "intimate for more than 10 years as student, disciple, patient and colleague" of Reich.
