Neil Goldman

Neil Goldman is a recurring character on Family Guy, named after Family Guy and Scrubs writer Neil Goldman. Neil is a stereotypical nerd who lusts after Meg Griffin, who does not return his affections. He is the son of Mort and Muriel Goldman, who own a pharmacy, and attends James Woods High. He is more confident than his father, so much so that he doesn't seem to realize that Meg doesn't like him. Neil and his family are Jewish. He is not seen as much in later episodes, as his latest appearance was in Peter's Daughter. Neil Goldman was introduced in the second season, which established him as a fan of Star Trek: The Original Series and as an admirer of Meg.
