North Gateway Village is generally bounded by the Central Arizona Project Canal (CAP) on the south, 7th Avenue on the east, 67th Avenue on the west, and Desert Hills alignment to the north. North Gateway Village encompasses a large portion of the North Black Canyon Corridor, one of the city's premier growth areas. The Phoenix City Council has identified a broad policy framework to guide development within the corridor through the North Black Canyon Corridor Plan.
