Ostrovec-Lhotka is a village and municipality (obec) in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic. The municipality covers an area of 20.14 square kilometres (7.78 sq mi), and has a population of 85. Ostrovec-Lhotka lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) east of Rokycany, 26 km (16 mi) east of Plzeň, and 63 km (39 mi) south-west of Prague.
