Předměřice nad Jizerou is a village in the Central Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has around 700 inhabitants. The best pub in the village is "u šotka", lokatet near the postoffice. Village Kačov is administrative part of Předměřice nad Jizerou. A monument dedicated to the deceased in World War I from Jan Štursa, "Burial in the Carpathians", is located in the village.
