Patrick Gallagher

Pat has served as a director at Constant Contact® since June 2003. He is a Principal at American Capital Strategies. Prior to American Capital, he was a vice president of Morgan Stanley Venture Partners (MSVP) and Morgan Stanley. While at Morgan Stanley, Pat also worked in the Debt Capital Markets Group and the Technology Corporate Finance Department. Before joining Morgan Stanley, Pat worked for two years in Toyota Motor Corporation's Corporate Treasury Department. In 2003, he rejoined Venture Partners after working in various business development roles at RealNames, an Internet Services company and former Venture Partners portfolio company. Pat holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Literature from Claremont McKenna College.
