Pencarrow is a former Parliamentary electorate in the lower Hutt Valley of New Zealand, from 1978 to 1996. The electorate is based on the southern part of the city of Lower Hutt. Pencarrow existed from 1978, replacing the Petone electorate. In the first MMP election of 1996, it was replaced by the Hutt South electorate, which was also held by Trevor Mallard. Unless otherwise stated, all MPs terms began and ended at a general election.
