Phyllis Connor

Phyllis Connor (born circa 1920) is a former cosmetics model. She grew up in Chicago, Illinois, and later moved to New York City, New York, to pursue a career in professional modeling. She was Estee Lauder, Inc.'s first exclusive spokesmodel in the earlier half of the decade. Connor was Estee Lauder's first spoksemodel roughly from 1962 to 1967 when she was replaced by Karen Harris. The ads in which Phyllis appeared were photographed by Victor Skrebneski, who would photograph for future Estee Lauder spokesmodels through 1993.
