Raffles College of Design and Commerce (formerly KvB Institute of Technology) is a private higher education provider based in Sydney, Australia founded in 1978, making it one of the longest-established art schools in Sydney. Raffles College is located in North Sydney and occupies 8 floors of a central office building in the business district. In 2004 it was acquired by the Raffles Education Corporation from Singapore and adopted the new name of Raffles KvB Institute until rebranding to the current name in August 2007.
