Ray Sahelian, M.D. is the author of Mind Boosters, Natural Sex Boosters, The Stevia Cookbook and several other books on natural supplements. His first health book was called Melatonin: Nature's Sleeping Pill and written in 1995, followed by DHEA: A Practical Guide, written in 1996. In 1997 he wrote Creatine: Nature's Muscle Builder.
