Rodney is an American television sitcom that was shown on ABC from September 21, 2004, to June 6, 2006. Ric Swartzlander was the creator and executive producer of the comedy series. David Himelfarb was the executive producer. The show's story revolves around the character Rodney Hamilton (Rodney Carrington) who wishes to leave his horrible job in Tulsa, Oklahoma, to become a stand-up comedian.
