Roxanne Bojarski

Roxanne Bojarski (born c. 1948) is a fictional character who is the best friend of Meg Pryor on the NBC television show American Dreams. She is played by Vanessa Lengies. Like Meg, Roxanne is a featured dancer on American Bandstand. Roxanne was born into a Polish-American family (she still speaks some Polish)in a working class neighborhood in Philadelphia. She and Meg have been friends since they were toddlers. Roxanne's parents divorced when she was eight, and while Roxanne loves her mother Lenore, they are not able to spend much time together because Lenore works long hours as a telephone operator. As a result, Roxanne is a frequent dinner guest at the Pryor house, and she also frequently accompanies the Pryors at family events....
