Shadow Circus

Shadow Circus is a progressive rock band from New York City. The band was founded in 2006 by composer John Fontana, vocalist David Bobick, and drummer Corey Folta, who had previously worked with John in alternative rock band Persona Grata during the early 90's. The band's sound is reflective of 70's-era progressive rock acts such as Emerson, Lake and Palmer, Yes, Queen, and Jethro Tull, yet also maintains a very modern sound with heavier guitar sounds and radio-friendly melodies. Originally, John Fontana played all of the guitars, keyboards, and bass, believing that it would remain a studio-based project.
