Vance Gerry

Vance Bryden Gerry (August 21, 1929 - March 5, 2005) was an American screenwriter and animator who worked primarily for the Walt Disney Company for more than 40 years. He began his Disney career in the late 1950's, serving as a layout artist for The Wonderful World of Disney TV series, and the 1961 Disney animated feature, 101 Dalmatians. Gerry then began his screenwriting career with 1967's The Jungle Book, and continued to work for Disney until his death from cancer in 2005. [ Read More at Wikipedia ]
