Canceled Shows We'd Most Like to See as Movies
This list of canceled shows we'd like to see as movies includes a lot of huge cult favorites. Obviously this list isn't complete, so feel free to add any TV shows that aren't on the air anymore to it. Vote for your favorites and who knows? It just might happen someday!
A 'Freaks and Geeks' movie would be freakin' amazing (if you could get all of the show's original stars back together for long enough to film it). And while 'Firefly' does already have one movie ('Serenity'), why not more? Arguments can certainly be made that shows like 'Roswell,' 'Pushing Daisies' and 'Chuck' would also be interesting films.
While J.J. Abrams has a lot going on right now, what with the whole 'Star Wars' and 'Star Trek' stuff, he could take a break from ruling the universe long enough to get a 'Fringe' movie going. And, while we're discussing the sci-fi stuff, why not bring 'Battlestar Galactica' to the big screen, too?
Keep in mind: Movies are expensive. Some of the stars of these shows became famous *because* of these shows (Jennifer Garner, as Sydney Bristow on 'Alias' comes to mind). They'll want to be paid the big bucks in any movie adaptation. That's where you come in. If you could help to bankroll any canceled TV show you loved, which one would you pick?Â- A psychiatrist travels through time to alter people's futures for the better.
