The wildest and craziest celebrities often suffer from drug and alcohol abuse. Here's a list of 16 drug-induced celebrity overdose deaths that, given the star's lifestyle and behavior, we should have seen coming. Celebrities OD all too frequently, but this list should at least warn us of what we should've seen coming.

Video news reports and family/friend stories included next to each celebrity when available. Sadly, there are a lot of famous people with depression, which often ends in tragedy.

On February 2, 1979, the musician succumbed to an overconsumption of dope.
