The most shocking 2016 Golden Globe nomination snubs are those talented actors, actresses, and filmmakers that, for one reason or another, didn't received some well-deserved love from the Golden Globe nominating committee, the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. The 2016 Golden Globe Awards will be handed out on January 10, 2016, at the Beverly Hilton Hotel.
It's almost criminal that many of the best films of 2015 were not nominated for the 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards, most notably the likes of Creed, Bridge of Spies, The Hateful Eight, and Trumbo. With only five nominee slots in the Best Motion Picture - Drama category, it's too bad that one of these great flicks didn't make the cut. Similarly, fantastic television series such as House of Cards, The Leftovers, and Better Call Saul received no Globes love with nominations, though some of the actors and actresses from those shows received their rightful noms in other categories.
