The top NBA Sixth Man of the Year award candidates in 2020 feature a mix of the familiar and the new. Lou Williams made history by tying Jamal Crawford’s record for most Sixth Man of the Year awards after winning it for the third time for the 2018-2019 season. The competition will see many names trying to steal the award away from him.

Other players like Spencer Dinwiddie, Montrezl Harrell, and Domantas Sabonis all had great seasons in 2018-2019 as super subs off the bench, but Williams dominated at a higher level. The success of Williams has inspired players all over the league to welcome their coach’s idea of coming off the bench as a 6th man as it could lead to great success.

So make your 2019-2020 NBA Sixth Man of the Year predictions below, voting up the players you think have the best chance of competing for the award and voting down the players who shouldn't be near the top of the list. Add any players you think belong here that aren't listed below. Then head over and check out the top candidates for 2019 NBA MVP.
