Universal Monsters Cinematic Universe

It's been a while since we've heard anything in regards to Universal's plan to create a new shared universe for it's classic monster properties. Originally, it was going to start with The Mummy, but then they decided to change Dracula Untold a little bit so that it may be the first in the series. Maybe the lack of success has made them question some things like, should this really be an action based franchise?

With that being said, if Universal were to rethink the strategy for a Universal Monsters Universe; which of their monsters or monster properties should be in the line-up?
