    Waterbenders Can Theoretically Freeze You - Or Turn You Into Mist

    If waterbenders can bend blood and they can freeze water, they can also theoretically freeze your whole body - or even turn it into mist. Even if they were able to turn blood back into liquid, there's no telling what kind of physiological turmoil the person will suffer. Would you even survive?

    Earthbenders Can Technically Bend The Metal In Your Blood

    In order to remove the Red Lotus poison, Korra must earthbend the "metal" out of her bloodstream under Toph's supervision. It's a bit eerily similar to Magneto bending the iron in someone's body. If someone has high levels of "metals" in their body, earthbenders can cause irreparable internal damage. And even metal isn't already there, earthbenders can put metals into the bloodstream, just like what Red Lotus did to Korra.
