This Is Which Avenger You Are, According To Your Zodiac

Updated May 18, 2020 1.2m views12 items

If you’re a fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (and really, who isn't?), you may have tried to imagine yourself in the world of superheroes and villains. If you want to figure out who you would be in the MCU, your zodiac sign can reveal which Avenger you’d be. The positioning of celestial bodies has long been used to speculate who real people would be in fictional worlds -  such as which Disney princess you’d be or which Pokémon would be your ideal partner - so why not turn to the stars to discover which Avenger you would be based on your sign?

Since its 2008 launch with Iron Man, the MCU has introduced audiences to a huge range of Avengers, from charismatic Iron Man to secretive Black Widow, diplomatic Black Panther to impulsive Spider-Man. There are so many disparate characters in this universe, they could practically make up their own high-school social system. These characters all have different powers, personalities, and weaknesses, much like the various astrological signs. Below you can find out which MCU Avenger you are based on your zodiac. This will make imagining exactly who you’d be in Avengers: Infinity War so much easier. (We all do that, right?) Let’s just hope your particular Avenger makes it through Infinity War.

  • Aries: Spider-Man

Aries (March 21 – April 19) is a headstrong sign. They are determined, brave, and honest. They make for great leaders because they aren’t afraid of challenges or making tough decisions. They also work well in groups, as they are high-energy and action-oriented. Aries can also be very impulsive, getting themselves into sticky situations by acting before they’ve thought everything through. Likewise, Spider-Man is high-energy and impulsive.

He's brave and itching to be a superhero in the MCU but that gets him in trouble from time to time. Both Aries and Spider-Man just want to be someone important in the world.

  • Taurus: Gamora

Taurus (April 20 – May 20) is reliable, loyal, and stable. When they are on your side, they are on your side for life; Taurus is ride or die. However, they are also very stubborn and hold grudges. If you cross a Taurus, it will never, ever be forgotten. Likewise, Gamora takes a while to warm up to new people, but when she finally does, they are family forever. Also, Gamora’s driving force has long been avenging her family and entire race who were slaughtered by Thanos.

She avenges her loved ones and saves her friends. Gamora is a tough shell to crack, but inside she’s really just driven by loyalty, just like Taurus.

  • Gemini (May 21 – June 20) is a curious, flexible, adaptable sign. They are friendly, mischievous, and pleasure-seeking individuals. However, they can also be seen as inconsistent, nervous, and indecisive. Because they can switch from one mood or personality in a moment’s notice, they can be seen as a flip-flopper of sorts.

So of course Gemini is most like Loki, who isn’t fully a superhero. Or is he? Honestly, an audience member never really knows where Loki's head is at. Loki is just as unpredictable and flexible as Gemini.

  • Cancer: Hulk

Cancer (June 21 – July 22) is a very emotional Water sign. They are imaginative, thoughtful, and empathetic. However, their emotions can sometimes get the best of them. They can become moody, manipulative, and insecure. Likewise, Bruce Banner cannot always control his emotions and turns into the Hulk. However, it’s these emotions that make the Hulk a superhero, much like how Cancer’s connection to their emotions make them a wonderful friend and spouse.

It’s just about controlling those emotions, both for the Hulk and for Cancer.
