    The Influencer Card

Gotta love people that try to [influence] you to give them discounts or ship things out immediately because they have a "lot of followers" and will "let everyone know about your shop".

    Etsy Dictator

    From Redditor /u/modmuse91

I had someone leave a review calling me dictatorial, all because I wouldn't do free alterations and additions for her. I contested, and Etsy still left it up. -_-

    Almost Giving Up

    From Redditor /u/agent_kmulder

One of my first sales was a 1-star rating because the customer didn't read at all. The piece was acrylic, not resin, and said as such in the title and the description.

Never messaged me but one-starred my brand new shop because they wanted it to be something it clearly wasn't.

Not sure how I could've been clearer. I was shaken and almost quit after that.

    Bad Reviews For No Reason

    From Redditor /u/christie12022012

I love Etsy. I have made thousands of dollars but one thing I'm noticing is this entitled/demanding demeanor with some of these Etsy buyers.

I have had it all! From customers who have threatened to leave a bad review to straight-up liars who STILL leave you a bad review.
