What are some of the all-time worst traits for an employee to have? When it comes to the job market, there are lots of bad qualities for employees. But what are the most irritating, annoying employee characteristics? Lazy employees? Rude employees? Sneaky employees? Most of us have worked with people who make you wonder why they have the job they do in the first place.

Bad employee characteristics aren't always obvious. For every overtly lazy employee, there may be another employee who is hardworking but tends to throw people under the bus.
