Looking for more good pop punk bands like Green Day? You've come to the right place. Thanks to classic hits like "Basket Case" and "Good Riddance," the trio of Billie Joe Armstrong, Mike Dirnt, and Tré Cool is one of the first groups that come to mind when most people think about the genre, but there are many other great bands who share a similar sound.

Linkin Park, Blink-182, Weezer, and the Offspring, are all among the top bands from the '90s and 2000s that are often considered to be related artists to Green Day because of their high-energy, punk-driven sounds. Meanwhile, the best acts from pop punk's following generation, like emo legends Fall Out Boy, Panic! at the Disco, and All Time Low, have clearly been inspired by the trio in their own ways.

Undeniably, Green Day has had a massive influence on the pop punk and alternative scenes, inspiring both their contemporaries and new bands today. And, while there are a lot of awesome groups and artists that sound like the genius minds behind Dookie and American Idiot, it's up to you to decide which are the best of the best. Vote up the bands you'd be most likely to recommend to people who are fans of Green Day, and be sure to add any that you feel we might have missed.
