Have you ever been on a diet before? Most people go on one at least once in their lifetimes, and depending on your personal experience with dieting, it may or may not have gone so well. Does dieting mean just cutting out calories? And what about cleanses, do they count?
If you've ever looked up dieting tips on the Internet, you know there are thousands of fads, pills, and tricks people claim will melt the fat right off you. These days, it's all about losing the most amount of weight with the least amount of effort. Regardless of whether those things actually work, finding ways to lose weight is a personal journey each person must go on.
