Only Okay If Your Doctor Reccomends It

Unless you have medical reasons for going on a diet, and you know exactly which diet is right for your body, you shouldn't be on one. Only a trained doctor should have the right to tell someone they need to change the way they eat. Skinny does not mean healthy.

    Pointless

Basically, you don't eat, but then when you can't take it anymore, and you do give into the sweets, your body clings to all the fat. Right?
