These are the best 2000s Sci Fi shows, ranked from best to worst by user votes. Some good 2000s sci-fi series were set centuries in the future, while other great 2000s sci fi programs took place in the far reaches outer space. A few of the most popular 2000s sci fi shows have been repackaged as films and new TV shows. 

What programs are featured on this best 2000s sci fi shows list? Time, space and smoke monsters added to the mystery in the addicting science fiction drama, Lost. The series, which aired from 2004 – 2010, featured an all-star cast including Matthew Fox, Evangeline Lilly and Jorge Garcia. Farscape is another good sci fi program that was on television in the 2010s.

Jessica Alba led the cast of Fox's 2000s superhuman series Dark Angel. Other good programs that appear on this top 2000s sci fi shows list include Firefly, Warehouse 13 and Doctor Who.
