In the 2000s, Idris Elba played drug lord Stringer Bell on The Wire, but the 2010s found him switching sides and playing the tenacious detective John Luther on Luther. Both shows blurred the lines between good and bad, as well as, cop and criminal. Further bluring the lines of what it means to be a good person this past decade was Homeland, Dexter, and Fargo - each show with a completely different tone and yet all of them completely enthralling. And then there are the shows that were deadly dark and shockingly funny - Barry and Killing Eve cheif among them.
