Jordan Peele came onto the horror movie scene in the late twenty-tens with two truly frightening films, Get Out and Us. Most of the movies on this list are straight-up horror movies with only enough humor to strategically break up the tension but there are some horror comedies on this list as well. If you like to laugh a little along with your jump scares and gore, be sure to check out Tucker and Dale vs. Evil or Little Monsters (2019) with Lupita Nyong'o who was also in the aforementioned Us. There are also a lot of top horror movies that came during the 2010s that will go down in history as some of the best horror movies of all time.
