The first Addams Family movie to come out was in 1991 but the first television series aired back in the ‘60s. Since that film, there have been several more Addams Family movies including the trilogy in the ‘90s. There are also the shorter-lived The New Addams Family television show as well as two animated series in the ‘70s and ‘90s. But let’s be fair, all of these movies and television series are classics or at least memorable. That being said, one of them has to be the best of the Addams Family franchise. Will it be the first Addams Family film or maybe one of the follow-ups such as Addams Family Values that will make it to the top of the list? Or could one of the animated series beat them all?

If you've ever asked yourself, how many Addams Family movies are there? Look below to see all the films and series featuring your favorite aristocratic macabre family listed with the year they were released so you can watch them chronologically or in order of best to worst.

Your votes will help determine the best movies and series in The Addams Family franchise. Vote up the movies and series you loved the most or thought were the funniest and vote down the ones you didn't like to ensure the right movie or TV show makes it to the top of the list.

Addams Family Values is a 1993 American dark comedy film, which is the sequel to the 1991 American film The Addams Family. It was written by Paul Rudnick and directed by Barry Sonnenfeld, and features many cast members from the original, including Raúl Juliá, Anjelica Huston, Christopher Lloyd, Carel Struycken, Jimmy Workman, Christina Ricci, Joan Cusack, David Krumholtz, and Christopher Hart. Compared to its predecessor, which retained something of the madcap approach of the 1960s sitcom, Values is played more for macabre laughs. ...more on Wikipedia
