Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Hav... is listed (or ranked) 3 on the list The 15 Best Anime Horror Games You Should Be Playing

The Danganronpa series isn't quite known for hardcore horror elements, but it does give players very creepy plotlines that are perfect for those looking for something a bit softer. Makoto Naegi is a student at Hope's Peak Academy who is suddenly trapped in a game of killing. A crazed remote-controlled bear named Monokuma has imprisoned them within the academy for the rest of their lives; if they fail to follow the school rules, they will be put to death. As more of a visual novel, this game is perfect for gamers who aren't looking for anything too gory or may be new to the horror/thriller genre.
