The two work together in a factory that produces "Giftias," which are highly-advanced androids that look like humans, but only live for less than a decade. Plastic Memories is a hilarious, yet, heartbreaking romance that explores love on borrowed time.
Soul Eater is another buddy anime like Black Bullet, but with a supernatural setting. Instead of a partnership between a man and a young girl, Soul Eater stars a young and gifted girl named Maka Albarn and her fellow friend named Soul Eater Evans, who can transform himself into a scythe. It's a fun shonen action series with an imaginative art style reminiscent of The Nightmare Before Christmas.
