Need some No Game No Life anime recommendations for what to watch next? No Game No Life follows a brother and sister duo named Sora and Shiro as they conquer the world of Disboard with their incredible strategic skills. How did they get these skills? Originally from earth, they  once were too anxious and awkward to manage life outside their bedroom, and coped with their fear by becoming nearly undefeatable gamers. On Earth, their skills were useless outside of the gaming world, but in Disboard, everything is determined through gaming - which means that Sora and Shiro quickly rise through the ranks of society. This inventive plot is paired with splashy, vibrant art that will captivate even the pickiest viewers.

Problem Children Are Coming From Another World, Aren't They? is basically No Game No Life with a longer title. Three teenagers possess incredible psychic abilities, but have no opportunity to use them. They're given the opportunity to make a new home for themselves in the fantasy world that will fully utilize their talents, but they can't just run rampant. Actually, they have to join a group with some pretty strict rules, and ultimately they end up fighting to restore glory to their disgraced new home. If this sounds exactly like what happens in No Game No Life, you're right - both series even have people with animal ears in them.

The virtual reality game Yggdrasil is about to be shut down, and Momonga, who has spent countless hours leveling his character and feels more at home in Yggdrasil than he does in the real world, doesn't want to leave. He intends to keep playing until the last possible moment, but when the servers go down, for some reason he's still there. What's more, the formerly one-dimensional NPCs are starting to develop real personalities. He ultimately ends up becoming the 'Overlord' of the game.

Like No Game Life, this anime features a protagonist whose gaming skills far outweigh his real world skills, but who gets the opportunity to display those abilities in a gamelike world.

If you're a No Game No Life fan who somehow missed out on the cultural phenomenon that is Sword Art Online, there's no time like the present to check it out. Kirito is trapped along with hundreds of other players in a virtual reality game that's turned into a death trap. The only way out is to beat the game - something that Kirito and his girlfriend Asuna may just have the skills to pull off. Just like in No Game No Life, gaming in Sword Art Online determines people's fates in a major way.

If No Game No Life left you with a taste for anime about gamers being transported to a magical world that resembles their game of choice, you may want to check out Konosuba. In this anime, NEET gamer Kazuma Satou dies and gets the opportunity to relive his life in a game like magical world. Konosuba focuses less on dramatic plot twists and fan service than it does on parody and humor, so if you're looking for a more light-hearted take on the premise, you'll probably love this fun show.
