When Kojou Akatsuki finds out that he is one of the most powerful vampires alive, his entire life changes. Despite living as a normal high school student up until that point, he must now be escorted by a guard, the sword-shaman Yukina Himeragi, who will monitor his behavior. As such a powerful force, there's no telling what he's capable of, and the rest of the world sits on edge just imagining the potential destruction. The only way he can prove his intentions is by helping to protect his city from chaotic forces that would rather see it fall.

Supernatural anime series can easily become some of the most entertaining shows out there. Series like Blood Lad is a good example of comedic stories where the lead character is some kind of evil force that actually ends up doing something good for once. Of course, there's also series like The Devil Is a Part-Timer! where literal Satan is just trying to make ends meet like the rest of us; no real good intentions, but clearly just wants to go home. With so many great series out there, there's no need to end the watch party early. Choose one of our recommendations for anime like Strike the Blood
