Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba - Entertainment District Arc

Demon Slayer is one of the best modern shonen anime out there, so it's no surprise that its most recent season is one of the best of the year.

This season sees Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Sound Hashira Tengen Uzui heading to the Entertainment District in order to take down a demon that's been terrorizing the area. For Tanjiro and his friends, this means dressing up as brothel employees - a role that none of them are particularly skilled at playing. Both funny and intensely dramatic, this is a great addition to a great series.

    Chainsaw Man

Chainsaw Man might be one of the most artistically beautiful anime that MAPPA has ever created, and that's saying something. The story revolves around Denji, a teenage boy attempting to work off his father's debt to the mob by fighting Devils with help from his pet Devil Pochita.

After an unexpected attack ends his life, Pochita resurrects him by becoming his heart. This turns him into Chainsaw Man - a human-devil hybrid who can manifest chainsaws from his body.

He soon gets involved with a government-sponsored Devil hunter agency. While this gives him food, shelter, and human companionship, it also makes his life a whole lot more complicated than he could have imagined.

Loid Forger is an expert spy who needs to infiltrate a prestigious elementary school in order to gain access to one of the biggest figures in The People's Republic of Ostania - the father of one of the students. To do that, he'll need a child who attends the school, and a wife, because the school does not admit children with single parents.

He adopts a little girl named Anya who, unbeknownst to him, can read minds. He also marries a woman named Yor Briar who is secretly an assassin. As the three of them try to create a family for the sake of Loid's mission, they're all keeping major secrets from one another. The outcome is both heartwarming and hilarious.

After years of anticipation, Bleach has finally returned. The new series continues where the old one left off, with the Thousand-Year Blood War arc - but this time, the art and animation have greatly improved.

For the first time, Bleach fans get to see Yhwach and his Quincy Army in animated form. Aizen is often considered one of the best villains in shonen history, but Yhwach may very well show him up.

Wakana Gojo loves making Hina dolls more than anything in the world, but because it's a traditionally feminine activity, he's worried about getting bullied for it. When his classmate Marin Kitagawa finds out, he thinks she's about to insult him. Instead, she's impressed - and she wants him to use his sewing skills to help her with her cosplay.

Gojo is reluctant at first, but he soon learns to love the world of cosplay - and spending time with Marin. As the two grow closer through their shared passion, both of them grow more confident about the things they love.

    Mob Psycho 100 (Season 3)

Mob Psycho 100 tells the story of a young boy whose incredible psychic powers contradict his ordinary personality and desires. Beautifully animated and deceptively complex, it's an amazing anime.

The third season matches the quality of the first two. This time around, Mob has to deal with supernatural events like Dimple trying to start a cult using his image, and more mundane problems like his crush transferring to a new school.
