The number of Asian rappers has grown exponentially over the last few decades, and they're making some of the best Korean rap songs of 2019. Luckily for us –Asian hip hop artists, and many popular 88rising artists, are some of the best rappers in the game today. In America, Asian rappers have been virtually ignored by record companies and radio stations even as rap has become a global form of expression spawning unique Japanese, Korean, and Chinese hip hop scenes. However, rappers from Asia were not content to remain silent and – with the advent of the internet – took matters into their own hands. (Dumbfoundead, for example, is a Korean American rapper with a huge YouTube following and has been seen on several best lists.)
