Avatar: The Last Airbender is set in a war-torn world of elemental magic and follows Aang, the Avatar and the one person who can bring the world together, just as he is the only one who can manipulate all four elements. Avatar: The Last Airbender premiered on Nickelodeon on February 21, 2005. In only three seasons, ATLA built a dedicated fanbase and garnered positive response from fans and critics alike, with the show holding steady at 97% on Rotten Tomatoes.
