The top British game shows come in many forms, from competitions to dating shows to panel games. This is a list of the best British game shows, including everything from Mastermind to 8 Out of 10 Cats to The Crystal Maze.

What series will you find on this list of the best British game shows? The Weakest Link became popular all over the world thanks to its engaging format. Presenter Anne Robinson was nicknamed the "Queen of Mean" for her icy demeanor with contestants. Deal or No Deal originated in the Netherlands, but it became a successful game show in the UK as well.
