    Ian McKellen

    From Redditor u/ExcaliburShattered:

I was in London for college credit, and on a free day, I was headed out. However, I took the Tube to get there, which I remember because as I was going up the steps to leave the Tube, and a distinguished older fellow was walking down the steps. I did about a triple take seeing him, because it could not possibly be who I thought it was. And yet, the resemblance was uncanny.

So I caught up with this man, and asked the burning question:

"Excuse me... Are you Ian McKellen?"

To which he replied: "Why yes, I am."

    "May I shake your hand?"

    "Oh, you certainly may."

    And so I did.

    Keanu Reeves

    From Redditor u/Newtracks1:

Keanu Reeves. I ran into him as he was walking by himself trying to quietly sneak into one of his Dogstar shows.

I asked him for an autograph, but he didn't want to get swarmed, so he ducked behind a pillar, signed a picture, told me not to tell anyone (this was happening in the concert hall lobby, 15 feet from the main line of hundreds of people funneling into the show ), and dashed back stage.

He is exactly as cool as you would expect him to be.

    Bryan Cranston

    From Redditor u/TroleOmid:

Bryan Cranston. I was outside his show "Network" in New York. I thanked him for all the years of entertainment and let him know that I was an aspiring actor.

He grabbed my face and said, "We're gonna work together someday."

    I was f***ing floored.

    Johnny Depp

    From Redditor u/MilagrosBauder:

I had a bro moment with Johnny Depp in an airport. He was picking someone up from the airport when I noticed him.

I looked at him when he noticed me looking at him (he was going to great lengths to hide his identity). I smiled and did the cool guy head nod and he gave me a nod back.

I was like 12 at the time so it was really cool to have a celebrity notice me knowing it could have resulted in people swarming him, and his lady friend lol.

    David Spade

    From Redditor u/CramersTesla:

David spade sat next to me at a bar in LAX. He was with a friend but we chatted a bit. I said David Spade, I love your sh*t. He laughed and said thanks and stole a french fry.

A kid came and asked for an autograph. He signed it and we just talked about the dodgers game on TV.  It was cool.

    From redditor u/bigpanda9390:

In the interest of keeping your mind at peace regarding one of your favorite celebrities, I wanted to let you know that David Spade is a regular at the restaurant I serve at. I serve him often enough that he knows who I am.

I will tell you that he's a super funny and very nice dude. Treats the restaurant staff well and doesn't have a big head or anything. He's particular about his food and seating but never makes a huge fuss about it if it's not to his liking. Dude just cracks jokes with us and is a good time. And he tips really well!

Just wanted to share that with you so you can continue loving him! haha

    Robin Williams

    From Redditor u/trans-positivity-BOT:

I once met Robin Williams, and I told him that when I was 8, my uncle took me to see E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial, but it was sold out, so we saw the only other movie playing there -- The World According to Garp.

Robin looked horrified for a second, and then tried to turn himself in to a nearby cop, holding out his wrists for the officer to cuff him. Everybody was left infected with joy.

Ten minutes of Robin time was worth 24 hours of ordinary time. Here's to all of you who make others happy.

    From Redditor u/PMYOURBOOBOVERFLOW:

Robin Williams walked up to a stand at the theme park I worked at and the girl was keeping her cool, but he got hyper and said, "No autographs! Please! Alright, alright, maybe just one!" And signed a napkin and threw it over the counter.

    She definitely kept it.
