The Best College Dance Teams

List Rules
Vote up the college teams that do the best job on the dance floor.

Cheerleaders may be the first spirit group you picture at a college game but, for some colleges and universities, it's the dance team that takes the gold. Although cheer and dance teams can have elaborate choreography, it is the dance squads that bring flags and other props into their already highly skilled technical performances. The best college dance teams excel in jazz, hip hop, lyrical, and pom spirit routines.

US college dance teams are a year-round sport, with each squad performing pre-game, at halftime, and even on the sidelines of each season's sport. Along with other spirit squads, college dance teams help keep student spirits high so they can cheer their teams to victory.

Check out some amazing performances by the best collegiate dance teams in the country. Members practice 20 maybe even 30 hours a week, and not only perform at games, but also compete in national competitions like the UDA College Nationals. Which are the best college teams?
