Television shows have bigger budgets than ever before and that has brought a lot of the Hollywood's most recognizable movie stars to the small screen. Current entertainment is much different than it was just a decade or two ago and movie stars moving to TV is a relatively new phenomenon. Film used to be in a league of its own.
