Digimon was a first anime for many fans of the genre, and it's been updating with new adventures ever since its original 1999 debut. Ever since then, fans have been showing their love for the series by writing their own stories about it and posting it online. This curated list will help you find good Digimon fanfic to add to your reading list.
Some Digimon fanfic focuses on romantic relationships between characters, which are either not explored or only faintly touched upon by the series itself. Others delve deeply into the characters' psyches or send the characters on new and exciting adventures against enemy Digimon. Not all of them are meant for the same child audience that the show is targeted at - while some of these stories are light-hearted, some of them get dark.
